Nord Stream Gas Pipeline Inauguration VIP-Event

The inauguration of the Nord Stream gas pipeline was celebrated with a big VIP-Event called “The Arrival”. In Lubmin near Greifswald German Chancellor Angela Merkel, President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev,French Prime Minister François Fillon, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, and EU Commissioner for Energy Guenther Oettinger attended the ceremony.

The key visual was a camp scenery made of 5 geodetic domes in the size of 6,500 sq m., representing a CH4 molecule. The largest dome featured a 22-channel 360° projection inside the 25m tent. domeprojection.com was commissioned by Triad Berlin Projektges. mbH – the general planner of the VIP-Event – to realize the calibration and optimization of the dome projection. domeprojection.com also was responsible for the systems design of the complete projection system.

We also did the calibration for the 2nd VIP-Event called “We deliver” in Portovaya, Russia on October 08, 2012.
